To make a decorated light-switch cover, follow these directions:
      1. Open a new blank page on the monitor screen with a painting program such as Windows Paint.
      2. On the screen, draw a rectangular picture that's roughly the size of your light switch plate.
      3. Draw a rectangle in the middle of your picture as the hole for the switch.
      4. Add the words "ON" and "OFF" next to the rectangle.
      5. Print and cut out the picture and the rectangle in the middle.
      6. Cut a piece of cardboard paper that's the same size as your picture.
      7. Paste the cardboard paper to the back of your picture and make a switch hole on it. 
     Now, you can decorate your house with the light-switch cover.
