Chinese Lanterns This is another design by Mr. Allen Lan of American West Vancouver Chinese School at Vancouver, Washington, USA. The meaning of the Chinese characters on the lantern is "to have a happy and prosperous new year". You can place graphics such as horse or dragon pictures instead of words on the lantern.
